Experience "Fanta-Sea" a special dining series, that occurs every other month, featuring Executive ChefChef Colin Colin Hazama's locally-inspired cuisine prepared with the freshest ingredients from local farmers on the island of 'Oahu starting in February 2016 in Azure 210.  Following an evening affair of island delights, travel to a local farm to discover how each of the ingredients are selected from the farmers to our chefs one step at a time.  Experience an authentic farm-to-table experience through "Fanta-Sea".

Date: First dining series is schedule for February 26 and 27, 2016.  Events are every other month starting in February.

February 26- Dinner at The Royal Hawaiian in Azure 210
6:00 p.m. Cocktail Reception - includes wine and amuse buche
6:30 p.m. Dinner with Chef Colin Hazama and Mari's Garden Farmer, Fred Lau

February 27- Farm Tour to Mari's Garden
9:00 a.m.
Meet at the Sheraton Waikiki’s Aloha Landing for pickup and travel to the farm
Enjoy farm tour and picnic lunch
1:30 p.m. Leave Mari's farm and return to the hotel
