A Personalized Pre-Arrival

Prior to arrival, a dedicated Mailani Concierge connects with the guest.  Based on the guest’s wishes and tastes, an itinerary of inspired, authentic experiences is created.

The Mailani Experience

Upon the arrival of each guest, a fresh flower lei greeting is presented and escorted down the iconic breezeway to the Mailani Tower arriving at their personal haven at the epicenter of world-famous Waikiki.

Mailani Lounge

Complimentary and exclusively available to Mailani Tower guests, is the Mailani Lounge, where an elevated breakfast experience and a variety of delightful evening refreshments on hand may be enjoyed.

Mailani Mornings – 6:30am ~ 9:30am

Each morning a tempting enhanced continental breakfast spread is available in the lounge.  The menu changes daily, but guests can always find fruit juice mimosas, a barista coffee station, an assortment of gourmet teas, a bounty of seasonal island fruits, granola and oatmeal stations, and batches of fresh baked delights.

Destination Authority

During the mornings, our dedicated Concierge will connect with guests to unlock key sites in Waikiki and O’ahu.  It is also at this time that our Concierge may curate individual experiences for our guests from the beginning to the end.

Mailani Evenings – 5:00pm ~ 8:00pm

In the sunset hours, enjoy local beers and a hand-selection of wines, complemented with savory flatbreads and appetizers.

Luxury Collection Cocktail– 5:30pm ~ 6:00pm

Every evening, our daily mixologist demonstrates and serves the Luxury Collection Cocktail of the day inspired by Luxury Collections from around the world.

Take with you our handcrafted Royal Mai Tai:
Build in shaker with ice
1 oz. Bacardi Rum
1 tsp. Cherry Vanilla Puree
1/2 oz. Amaretto di Saronno
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Fresh Govinda Orange Juice
2 oz. Fresh Govinda Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Whaler’s Dark Rum Float
Roll, Pour in a Bucket Glass. Float with Whaler’s Dark Rum. Garnish Parasol with Cherry, Pineapple and Lime Wedge.

Post-Arrival and Beyond

Soon after the guest arrives to their room, our dedicated Concierge contacts the room to assure that everything is to the guest’s satisfaction.  Concierge and Front Desk service hours are accessible from 7:00am to 9:00pm daily.
